		<description>Thanks for the review; I&#039;ll have to read it.  It&#039;s interesting that he feels the democratic method is one of the more successful techniques.  An article I read a few years ago said that it tended to be one of the least effective leadership techniques since, while everyone may have wonderful creative ideas, when you try to get everyone to agree on an idea you have to water it down and compromise too much.  I suppose there is a difference, though, between saying that everyone can have a say and give their opinion, and saying that everyone needs to agree on one idea.</description>
