I am now blogging on Vault.com.Â
The blog is called Associate Living, and it will be focused primarily toward job search tips, including topics such as discovering the practice setting and type that works best for each individual, work/life balance issues, etc.Â
To some degree, the topics will overlap between blogs… But especially if you’re in your first five years of practice, looking for a new job, thinking about leaving the law, or considering career options, Associate Living is likely to be helpful. Please join in — comments are most welcome.
And as a matter of general interest, be sure to check Monday’s post, in which I describe a new program that Citigroup has put in place to hire second-year law students, place them with large law firms for their summer clerkship and their first 2 years in practice, with the expectation that Citigroup will offer a VP-level position after 2 years of practice.
